Taste of Asia: Dumpling Making Workshop

On 10 Feb, China will be celebrating its traditional New Year. Come and celebrate with us by making your own yummy and healthy dumplings!

Dumplings are one of the most common Chinese food, dating back hundred of years. It’s the must-eaten food for the traditional Chinese New Year. Nowadays, you can find it in any Chinese restaurant. Delicious and healthy, Dumplings are on top of any Chinese restaurant’s menu.

In this Dumpling Making Workshop, you will learn how to make dumplings with three types of fillings: pork, beef and vegetarian.

At the end of the workshop, you will get to taste your own self-made dumplings and you may even take them home. The workshop covers course materials, handouts, ingredients and soft drinks.You will get hands-on experience in making dumplings using various types of fillings.
