Five Sequential Life Accelerating Questions. ACT

I am thrilled.  We have the  philosophy of ACT down to five sequential  questions! The essential goal and spirit of ACT is presented with these five questions.  Of course it's how we answer them that brings the process down into our own personal reality. The answers show us the way forward in a accelerated fashion from an ACT perspective. Join us as we inquire into this simplified approach to personal psychological evolution.

    Five great questions, Brian.

Thanks Robert. A lot of times the first two are enough. The last three are for trouble shooting if you can't get the first two going.

'seeding' the questions in our minds helps us Simplify our lives (an well-known spiritual practice) by seeing what is (also) Not important in our lives. If we invest more in the positive/value-compatible activities, we find more peace, wisdom and freedom. (the non-value -added stuff drops off...like dead skin cells)

A great way to get those question working on their own is to memorize them. Give it a try. It's not that hard.

Thanks. We had a real group consciousness going. Everyone had some great input. Our timing was perfect. As you said, a very improvisational meeting.

Well, I hope this gets posted. I typed up the questions, then made some worksheets like Brian suggested. as soon asI knew I was going to be looking at this stuff,I started doing some of the items i have been ignoring. still have to sit down with the questions, but have already noticed a few values I have been neglecting. Great system but you do have to sit down and do the work. Love it.

I am finding that answers come to mind at any time once we know and become familiar with the questions.

Yo, sorry I couldn't make it. Car is still in the shop and I didn't manage to get it today. Going on a trip in a couple weeks so hopefully I'll be at the one after that. =/

Wish I could attend. Have a conflict with the Buddhist center in Havertown!! Darn! Steven Pashko is speaking, Buddhist author and psychologist.
