I started the Real Estate Investors Incubator because so many people seem to be fearful of putting their money in the stock market, not knowing what to do in the current real estate market. I wanted to offer an alternative way to educate members so they can create both short and long term cash flow.
One of my goals is to educate and dispel unproductive fears that prevent smart people from making money in the real estate market. With all of the changes in our financial sector this group will focus on different Real Estate sectors - fix n flip - buy and hold - lease options - wholesaling - government backed loan programs - what title companies do for the buyer and the seller, how to spot trends, how to make money in a up and more importantly in the down market.
