During this 8 week series, instructor Regina Arabia, KYTA 200H, will teach participants Kripalu Yoga, which is a form of Hatha Yoga. Kripalu Yoga is much more than physical exercise; it is a transformational practice that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Kripalu Yoga is a way of encountering and releasing physical, mental, and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness.

Regina Arabia, has been practicing yoga for the past seventeen years. Drawn to the benefits of Hatha yoga, her early practice cured migraines and relieved stress. Upon discovering that yoga relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system, her practice flourished and she began to explore different styles, including Ashtanga, Hot Yoga (Bikram and Power Yoga), Vinyasa flow, and Anusara. Yoga has since become a lifestyle. She completed 200H of teacher training at Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda. Regina has also received certification in Reiki and Anusara Style Yoga Immersion I.
