Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) describes a system for tapping into the universal life force. It is unlimited and infinite. When life force energy is in perfect balance in the body, we experience mental clarity, emotional stability and a true sense of connection to spirit. Reiki is a precise method for connecting life force energy with the body's natural ability to heal. Reiki infuses the body with a directed amount of vital life energy, thereby assisting in the restoration of balance on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
