Your body speaks the truth. Your body is a reliable source of information. By quieting the mind we can discover the inner truth and wisdom of our own bodies.

Based on the principles of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method, we will begin our evening with a mind/body exercise. This slow focused movement allows you to tune into the innate wisdom of your body. This method uses the body as the starting point, because the body is home to our thoughts, our feelings, and our spirit. By exploring these relationships, we can claim a greater role in our own physical and emotional wellness.
