First step is to walk in a slow pace, taking a deep Breath while taking two steps and saying to yourself or aloud your choice, " I have arrived. I have arrived." Take three more steps and say " I am home. I am home. I am home." Two more steps say " I have arrived. Arrived." Again three more steps and finish it with " I am home . Home. Home. " Its best to say these phrases with each step. Your welcome to practice at home around your block or back yard if you wish. We will be doing this on the beautiful trails in Woodward park while looking at everyone and everything around you with unconditional love.
