Rant is a monthly ceilidh dancing event in the heart of Brighton, held on the first Friday of every month.
Come along from 8pm - 11pm and enjoy raucous celtic dancing with live band & caller in a beautiful building, with helpful staff serving awesome ale. Rant is perfect for anyone who's new to this type of dancing, or even if you've done it a hundred times before!
(In case you don't know, ceilidh is a Gaelic word, pronounced 'kayley', and basically means a 'dance party' - an informal social get-together with folky music, have-a-go dancing, refreshments and lots of fun.)
I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
