    Nora had an accident and fell, we spent the day @ Riverview ER. Fifteen stitches in her head later later, I don't want to leave her alone as we think she may have had a concussion. She's going to be ok but in a lot of pain. I'll see you in April.

    Terrific. We introduced new members, talked about what we are all working on, set goals, then seperated into different groups of same interests and switched every so often. It was helpful, informative and fun.
