One Day Laughter Yoga Retreat

Come for day of absolute fun and relaxation, letting go and surrendering to laughter.
We will immerse ourselves into play and laughter with laughter yoga exercises and laughter meditation. No prior experience is required, just willingness to participate and play.
The day will include laughter yoga, instructions on how to integrate laughter into your day to day, including yogic breathing exercises.
Laughter Yoga is an active form of exercise with lots of play and playfulness. Through play and being playful, laughter comes easily and effortlessly.
We are breaking for lunch about 1 o'clock, please bring food to share. There are mats to lie on, please feel free to bring your own mat.

Regulars: £20 (If you have attended more than 5 workshops you become a regular)

The day starts at 11:30am, finishes at about 4:30 to 5pm
Training offered by
Professional trainer with over 15 years international experience in training and facilitating workshops. Nihat puts positive psychology into practice with play and laughter. Nihat has been featured in the BBC 'LOL, London', Daily Express 'A School of Giggles' and the Sun 'Try Yoga That's Good for Giggle's
Nihat is trained in Improvisational acting and drama by Keith Johnstone (Author of Impro), in Laughter Yoga by Dr. Madan Kataria (Author of 'Laugh for No Reason') and in stand up comedy by Logan Murrey (Author of 'Be a Great Stand-Up: Teach Yourself').
Nihat holds an MBA in Business from Imperial College and Masters in Psychology from Glasgow University.
