One Day Laughter Yoga Retreat

I have missed the whole day laughter yoga sessions as it's been long time since the last one. This will be an absolute fun day of relaxation, letting go and surrendering to laughter.
We will immerse ourselves into play and laughter with laughter yoga exercises and laughter meditation. No prior experience is required, just willingness to participate and play.
The day will include laughter yoga, instructions on how to integrate laughter into your day to day, including yogic breathing exercises.
Laughter Yoga is an active form of exercise with lots of play and playfulness. Through playing laughter comes easily and effortlessly.
We are breaking for lunch at 1 for an hour, please bring food to share. No need to bring mats, there is a clean carpet that we can lie on.
In the afternoon we are going to spend more time with laughter yoga exercises, including exercises that you can do at home as you go along to bring more laughter into your day to day.

A bit of background about the facilitator: Nihat (pronounced nat) has been running and facilitating workshops for more than ten years. Nihat has Masters in Psychology and interested in applying positive psychology in day to life.
The day starts at 11:30am, finishes at 4:30pm
Cost for the day is £25 when booked in advance, £30 on the day. (concessions £15 booked in advance, £20 on the day) Advance booking and payment is essential as the space is limited, also we have to cover the venue hire to pay.
