Music Class and Piano Lesson for children 3 - 6 years old

TheSmARTsCOOL – Miami Piano Studio

Comprehensive Music Program – Beginners Level

(3 – 6 years old)

Group Music Classes and Piano Lessons

Dr. Mihai Preda, Director of the Miami Piano Studio

Leidys Monascal, Music Educator

Children who attend this program will have the opportunity to learn music by playing, listening, creating and understanding music in an engaging way. In our innovative approach, the students learn how to listen and how to use their minds to understand, create and interpret music.

Public performances are a necessary component of every instrumental curriculum. Students start to perform from early on, first for family and friends in our studio during their regular lesson. Periodically we organize student presentations for a larger audience, in a local church.

The Royal Conservatory Music Development Program, a nationally recognized assessment program, holds performance assessments twice a year. Our students are prepared for these exams. They provide our students an opportunity to have their achievement recognized and to receive meaningful feedback on their progress. Participants in this national program also build their portfolio for college.  Preparation for these assessments is both intense and motivating.

Very good. My daughter enjoys learning and listening to the instructions. Both Dr. Preda & Ms. Leydis are very patient and caring. Thanks.
