Join Raleigh Personal Training on Saturday from 10:00am to 10:45am for an ABS-olutely Intense ABS and BUTT program.
This program focuses on working those hard to reach areas of the hips, thighs and abdominals that we all want to have so slim and trim.
If you tend to cramp (like me)....eat a banana before you come.
All classes are only $5 payable upon arrival.

Iwant to come but I will have my 5 year old son with me. I can bring my laptop and he can watch a DVD for an hour. If that is cool, I'll change my stat from maybe to yes.

This was definitely worth the five dollars. I will be back there next Saturday for more pain....I'm so sore it hurts to breathe. lol

Victor JacksonMan I'm sore. I worked out muscles I've never used in a long time. I really enjoyed the workout and I have to do this again. I love challenges and I'm going to do this again. I'm determined to get ripped!
