Let's get out and Walk! No holiday regrets this Labor Day. Join us for a beautiful, nature filled walk at the NC Museum of Art. This is a paved trail 2.2 miles one way.
The rolling hills surrounding North Carolina's Museum of Art host some of the most tremendous greenway trails in the triangle. A partner of the Triangle Greenways Council, the Museum displays larger-than-life exhibits alongside the popular trail for joggers, picnics, and art lovers. A particularly fantastic feature of the trail is the blue accented bridge over the Beltline near Meredith College and Wade Avenue.
This paved path connects the rear Museum parking with the Greenway. It passes a storm water retention pond used for student nature study.
