Get your Gut and Butt in Gear

We enjoyed this class so much last week. We are doing it again!
Operation, where is my six pack! Join Raleigh Personal Training on Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00am for an ABS-olutely Intense ABS and BUTT program. This program focuses on working those hard to reach areas of the hips, thighs and abdominals that we all want to have so slim and trim.
All classes are only $5 payable upon arrival.

There are two classes on Saturday. I can only attend the 7am class. But there is also a 9am class too. You are welcome to attend either/both classes.
If you tend to cramp (like me) when doing ab work, trying eating a banana about 30 minutes before class.
