Get your Gut and Butt in Gear

We enjoyed this class so much last week. We are doing it again!

Operation, where is my six pack!  Join Raleigh Personal Training on Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00am for an ABS-olutely Intense ABS and BUTT program. This program focuses on working those hard to reach areas of the hips, thighs and abdominals that we all want to have so slim and trim.

All classes are only $5 payable upon arrival.
