Get your Gut and Butt in Gear


On the first Saturday of each month the dynamic Fitness Professionals at Raleigh Personal Training will be hooking up the “jumper cables” and getting your blood and heart pumping with a two hour “Butt & Gutt, Boot Camp, Strength training sessions that will inspire you to set and reach your goals on a monthly basis.

Next Class: Saturday, February 2, 2013
From: 7:00am – 9:00am
Cost: $15.00 per person/$10.00 for groups of 5 or more
Butt & Gutt- focusing on those hard to lose areas of the gluteus maximus and abdominal muscles.
Boot Camp- A high calorie burning experience designed to challenge you to reach deep inside to that place where long lasting results reside.
Strength Training- Muscles burns fat and support the skeletal system as well as helps maintain mobility. Let us make you “STRONG.”
