Welcome to RTR Adrianne. I'm not sure what you mean by beginner, but I'll have to admit right now most of our runs cater to folks who can maintain a running pace for 4+ miles. If you consider yourself a run/walker even for that distance, the best option would be our weekly Wednesday night Shelley Lake run, or our frequent Sunday morning Umstead runs. Don't hesitate to ask questions, and have fun learning what many of us already know - running rocks! :)
