Renting your own or letting a company do it for you is totally a personal decision. If you have the time and don't mind dealing w/ repairs and tenants, I'd say go for it. Otherwise let the experts do it for you. I'm an agent, but I only work with sales. Good luck w/ whatever you decide! :)
