The Role: Marketing Manager This position is for the creative and bold marketing talent. The ideal candidate will have passion and ingenuity to effectively incorporate online, traditional, mobile and social marketing strategies to drive OnixLink brand awareness and advertising business. Responsibilities: § Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business. § Partnership with team to identify and execute market research strategies, promotions and incentives to attract users, businesses and sponsors. § Communicate brand to online users, potential users and businesses to ensure consistent awareness of OnixLink in the marketplace. § Planning of periodic marketing events. § Help build premier prospect management system to attract new users and businesses. § Write and coordinate: brochures, press releases, whitepapers, etc. § Lead with ideas to accelerate our business momentum & better engage registered users. Requirements: § Understand the scope and vision of working with a start-up business. § College degree in Marketing, Consulting or two years of experience with demonstrated accomplishments in marketing. § Illustrate willingness to bring fresh ideas & creativity to online marketing approach. § Demonstrate excellent personal writing and communication skills. § Experience with developing marketing strategies. § Organizational and time management skills. § Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well as part of a small team. Our ideal candidate would be a college graduate and/or enterprising and refined individual who relishes the challenge of working with a start-up company.
