Introduction

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to the area and looking for ways to find balance and peace in the hectic world of the east coast city life.

What makes you happy?

A good yoga session. Making a friend smile. Reading a good book.

  • Candis, thanks for asking. I've been contemplating a Sunday morning intro. What would you think of that? Can we discuss it by phone, too? [masked]

  • Candis, the workshop with Paul Mitchell is on a Saturday & Sunday. The Reiki Social is on a Sunday afternoon. UNM Continuing Education hosts my Introduction to Reiki class on a Saturday afternoon. The Albuquerque Reiki Community meeting is on the 3rd Sunday of the odd-numbered months, in the afternoon. There are some non-Tuesday Reiki events that I either host or support.

  • I enjoyed meeting you today in the hike. As I requested you, I will appreciate if you could share with me recommendation of classical music that you like. I will appreciate recommendation of less known music. In general I like slower music, created by fewer instruments. Examples:
    Albinoni- Adagio,
Samuel Barber_ Adagio For Strings op. 11
Piano Sonata No. 29 in B flat major ('Hammerklavier') Op. 106- Adagio sostenuto,

    Thanks
    Shmuel
