Strength Yoga - This yoga class is designed to energize your body while still focusing on the eight limbs of yoga. We will begin with a working portion of the class where you will feel the strength of your core, arms and legs improve weekly. Your flexibility will also improve simultaneously, allowing your muscles to lengthen as they are strengthened. The second portion of class will slow down and focus on gratitude for the body through nurturing it through a gentle cool down. After completing this yoga practice you will find yourself standing a little taller, walking a little lighter and flowing with positive energy.
