Interested in seeing shows and excellent staged readings in English in Paris? Want to promote your own show, submit your latest play and meet up with other members of the performance industry in Paris? Or just passionate about the beauty and musicality of the English language? Diana launched English Rep in Paris with Mondaysat7 in 2007, later joining other like-minded actors with the Anglophone Theatre Group in 2010, also launching her first series of one woman shows.
Our main event is the excellent fortnightly event run by Stephanie Campion for over 15 years, Moving Parts, mixing socializing with a chance to attend the world premiere of a great play free of charge, to give your opinion (as this is a workshop style event), to take part in the staged reading, meet other theatre lovers and members of the anglophone performance industry and also network and find work. So submit your scenario now! Check out the website or Facebook page.

Other excellent workshops for specific sectors
Standup Comedy in English has its own group run by Sebastian Marx so do check this out as the line up is very good and very funny.
For workshops in English, check out the Paris Drama in English meetup run by Peter Vickers, also a member of this group, as they are excellent and extremely reasonable.
Other workshops and events are organised by the International Players in Saint Germain en Laye or Le Pecq with an excellent stage show every year for over 15 years. Although this is not strictly speaking a professional group, it attracts many professionals and talented amateurs so the standard is high. The next show is in April 2015, a musical "The Roaring Twenties" in which quite a few members are taking part, including myself, Gillian Flochel, Robert Pickering, Maria Garrido and Stephanie. They also organise Christmas carol singing for associations and events. Below the link to their website: http://www.internationalplayers.co.uk/ip/index.php
I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
