On Friday, June 20th- We will be seeing 'The Breakfast Club'.

Meetup Spot:  11:30pm in the theater's Red Lounge just past the entrance on the right. PRE-SHOW Hangout Spot: 9:30pm Goodnite Gracie Jazz & Martini Bar. AFTER-SHOW: Hangout: National Coney Island.

Let's reminisce and enjoy the beloved John Hughes 80's hit...The Breakfast Club! This is one of the Main Art's featured films in it's ever popular Midnight Madness summer series. Tickets are just $7.

Released in 1985 to decent box office numbers... The Breakfast Club has since gone on to become a bona fide cult classic. The Breakfast Club is often considered one of the best 80′s movies as well as being a big influence on many of the teen films that followed.

This is a Joint meet-up with The Royal Oak Movie Group!

Wolfski is planning on dressing up as bender. Minus the long jacket due the warm weather. All I need to find is biker gloves. Any suggestions?

Everything but, the jean jacket and the the shirt Judd Nelson wore. Too warm and hard find. I think the training gloves and bandana is good enough.

As much as I like John Hughes, his movies (including this one) are really more like adult recollections of teenage life than actual teenage life. They're still great movies, of course. But, despite what some say, I wouldn't call The Breakfast Club "realistic" by any stretch.

    Just saying. :)

Since it's a midnight movie, and it'll technically be over Saturday morning: Can we go out for breakfast afterwards?

Sorry, couldn't resist a crappy joke like that!
