Baker, Mt until 8th grade, then to Wyoming because of my dads job in the oil & gas industry.
New friends to see every now and then. Definately need a social outlet, I'm not shy talking to new people, I've been a Dental Assistant and Massage Therapist for a long time, so I talk to strangers all the time, people seem to feel comfortable talking to me. I'm easy to talk to. I live with 3 male roomates that are sticks in the mud, they work and golf, and that's it. I'm an outgoing person, love parties, so I just want to meet cool and funny people.
Wasn't funny at the time, but last weekend in Denver my friend from high school flew in to see me, realized I forgot to pack socks. So I wore my comfy Chuck Taylors, we left the hotel, and walked to the baseball game. Feet started to blister, they didn't sell socks, and I just toughed it out, until I couldn't take it anymore. So by the time we left the game & were walking back to the hotel, I had to take my shoes off. I didn't care anymore, and at that point my heels were missing skin in large amounts and it hurt like hell. So we're walking, and I caught a jagged edge of a corner and sliced my foot open, so now I have bleeding in 3 places, and it hurt like hell. So the next day, with new bandaids, we're coming out of the revolving doors of H&M, and the door hit my left heel right in the bad spot and cut it bad, so I was therefore now missing a lot of skin. Even Robot Mike went out of character and was like- Are you ok? I said-This foot cannot handle any more trauma!!!
Well, I guess I already answered this, so as not to repeat myself I just need to get out and meet people, plain and simple. I'm not around people that share my interests right now and since I'm stressed with the job hunt, and I miss my friend in California, I need to have fun, which means all kinds of things. I would love to see Swan Lake sometime, I love concerts, music, movies, sushi, Italian & Mexican food. Love wine. And drinks in general. I love funny people. I'm kind of kooky and silly and can get along with just about anyone.
Hi, I'm Amy Hatfield, moved to Co. 2 months ago. I'm 32, just want friends that are up for fun. Love drinks, movies, music, art, fashion, photography, dogs. Need fun during my job hunt!
Best thing for me right now to meet people being new to Colorado!
