Sumant is black belt in Judo & former all India champion. He is a mechanical engineer who has worked in multinational companies as engineer & manager. While working in an engine manufacturing company he found that he could predict the condition of the high speed diesel engine of very high capacity which were installed on D. G. Sets and other earth moving equipments. He after predicting the condition of the engine prevented many major failures to take place on these engines, thus saving revenue of the customers. Since Sumant conscious was not satisfied with various work ethics he started his own engineering company which is running successfully. During the advent of telecom reforms in India, Sumant started a cellular company which was marketing franchisee for major telecom companies.
