--Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred; plus 2-3 years of experience in office management, program coordination, sales & marketing support.
--Bilingual (Japanese/English), with excellent Japanese and English verbal and written communication skills
--Ability to resolve issues with tact and diplomacy; display exemplary customer service skills and use discretion and maturity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
--Experience with routine database entry and management using standard tools such as salesforce.com
--Solid experience in MS Office applications including a high degree of efficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
--Must be local to Tokyo -- no relocation will be provided.
