Think Act Change Dinner on Private Rooftop w/ Guest Chef ($60)

  • June 29, 2013 · 6:15 PM

Hi Changemakers,

I'll be hosting a small dinner on Saturday June 29th, 2013 at 6:15PM on a rooftop in the Lower East Side. This event is to raise funds to run a larger fundraising event towards a Half the Sky supported charity.

During the dinner, it would be great to get feedback on some ideas I've been thinking about for this fundraising event.

DINNER DETAILS

MENU:

Salad:Warm burrata, chioggia beet, hazelnut vinaigrette

Main: Grilled game hen, chili cashew butter, bing cherry and bread salad

Pastry: Milk chocolate mousse, peanut butter crumble

CHEF:
Cody Ringo will be cooking for this private event. Cody studied at the French Culinary Institute, NYC and has been the sous chef at Southfork Kitchen, Bridgehampton and Vine Street Cafe, Shelter Island, NY.

Where: Private residence on the rooftop in the Lower East Side, guests will be notified leading to the event.

Price: $60 (includes tax, gratuity and donation)

Hope you can join us for a night of good food and support an emerging social change startup to inspire others to make a difference.

Thanks!

Caroline

Next time folks! The funds raised from this event will go towards a larger event to raise money to support an organization the Half the Sky movement backs.
