I wear many different hats including managing director for Manpower of Maine, acting President of the board of directors for Dress for Success Maine, and I recently became an Arbonne Independent Consultant. I'm interested in joining a downtown Portland group and/or a Falmouth group networking for all three functions. In my role with Manpower, I over see the staffing solutions group for Portland and also the professional recruiting efforts for the entire State. As a board member for Dress for Success, I am responsible primarily for fundraising and achieving financial goals for the organization, which has just undergone a major overhaul. As an Arbonne Consultant, I am responsible for growing an independent business of people who want something different from their working life.
1). A company who is struggling to find the right talent for their organization. 2). An experienced professional who is searching for the next career opportunity. 3). People with community-minded focus who want to volunteer or hold a leadership position with a great and growing non-profit organization. 4). Someone who is wellness focused, interested in either buying high-quality, environmentally friendly consumable products and/or interested in growing a business of their own.
Primarily, I think it will help me expand my network through meeting other like-minded people who are looking for opportunities to help others and build their businesses. I think I can be a good addition to provide support and open my network up as well.

Hi Jeff, I've actually seen you on LinkedIn and a Dress for Success colleague of mine is affiliated with one of your groups. She highly recommended yours as one of the best networking groups around. I live in Portland with my kids and husband.
