What is your business or interest?

I'm just starting my Reiki business, practicing at The Heart of Bath Health Center at 9 Centre Street in Bath on Mondays. Reiki is a deeply relaxing form of hands-on energy work that is done while you're fully clothed. It brings your body back to a state of natural balance, promoting healing on all levels--physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I lead a Laughter Yoga Club on First Friday evenings at Jai Yoga from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Cost is by donation to a local non-profit. We do a fun combination of laughter exercises and breathing exercises. I'm also available for group events. I teach hula hoop dance to adults and children, offering classes, private lessons, and fun for all ages at special events such as birthday parties. I teach group hoop classes through Merrymeeting Adult Education in Topsham.

What or who is a good referral for you?

Anyone experiencing: stress or anxiety, going through cancer treatment, preparing or recovering from surgery, wanting to break habits or addictions, in pain, depressed, insomnia, grief, and many other applications for Reiki. Laughter Yoga and hula hooping are for anyone with a playful heart who loves to have fun and exercise at the same time. They both give a fabulous abs workout! Laughter Yoga is a fun group event for parties, family events, corporate staff days, and support groups. It's a great ice breaker and people connector. Hula hooping is enjoyed by people of all ages. It's a fun group event for things like staff days, parties and weddings, or an activity for kids at special events.
