Being someone who has struggled with her own weight a good majority of her own life; my hope is to inspire others with my weight loss journey of losing 75 pounds and have kept it off for over two years, quit smoking and became a marathon runner.
Weight loss is a slow and steady process that happens over time. Remember, slow and steady wins the race! My overall goal with this meet up is to inspire and motivate others to do what I did; it just takes the correct frame of mind and determination. So let's share our stories, struggles & triumphs and use one another as support to get on the road to weight loss success!

At this time all meet up's will be FREE and will be for a nice walk and enjoy each others company and sharing tips and ideas for weight loss and getting fit as well. In time when workshops and more involved events occur there may be a small fee to attend.
