Since we discovered that the track is free on Tuesday, let's establish Tuesday as the Interval Training day!
This time we could try shorter intervals (200m) without stopping in the resting time, so we could do 200m fast + 200m slow to catch the breath back and start again. As today, we could do 12 laps, apart from the warm up and cool down, adding up to approx. 8km.
Meeting point is on the grass inside the track, exactly where the laps start (with lane numbers). The map pin is located exactly at this point.
I've moved the time a little bit to give time to everyone to arrive.
As always, it is open to all levels!
