Howdy!
We're a small, friendly gaming group of mostly 20&30-something professionals (a teacher, an architect, a researcher, engineer, etc.) that have been meeting for over a year now, and we're looking for new players!
We play many home-spun games. Don't worry-- we'll gladly coach you through any rules adjustments-- no biggie. And we've just started a new batch o' PCs, so you'd be getting in before the story gets too thick.
Oh-- and it will get thick, peoples. We are above all else a set of story-tellers. A band of battling bards; a troupe of troubadours. For us, this whole game is about developing rich narratives and complex personalities. Don't get me wrong-- our players like rolling a perfect 20 and blowing sh*t up as much as the next gamer. But if your PC's background story can be written on a post-it note-- well, then this probably isn't the group for you.
We game as often as we can, for as many hours as the Geekwives permit.
Incidentally, when you meet us out, we also don't look like the traditional gamers. Hence, we prefer our members to use photos of themselves in their profiles. Our group is about meeting people, on a common ground, and making friends.
Looking forward to meeting you!
