Hi, I'm really getting into the thrift store thing. I've found some great stuff while thriftin' with Mike (my boyfriend and co-organizer of this meetup : ) I think it'd be kinda cool to be on the lookout for stuff for our friends and for each other.
Not sure, I really like the Salvation Army in Hell's Kitchen in NYC but there is also some great stuff in Williamsburg. I really like Housing Works. They have locations all over the city. Plus all of my furniture is from Housing Works!!!!!!!!!I love my 'Charlie Rose' table. Its big and round and fits a lot of people and didn't cost much.
Hmmm, well I'm not sure. Perhaps Aunt Sally's. I do really well at Goodwill sometimes but probably cause there's more stuff that I like, not sure its cheaper. But I guess you can always go cheaper right! That's what a good thrifter does!
I met a lot of warm people who love to go around looking for great stuff. We all kind of helped each other out when we could, just keeping an eye out for stuff we thought the other might like. Everyone is friendly the best part is no one fought over stuff, LOL!
Welcome Natalia to our bowling meetup group.. Hope to see you out on the lanes with us soon.
Can't wait for the next thrify meetup!!! I am looking for some expensive professional looking clothes at cheap prices...let's do some hunting!!
Thanks, hun! Can't wait to hang with ya again...
sorry tomorrow is cancel :(
Glad you're coming. You'll love it!
Hey, hey. it was nice meeting you, Cherry Bomb! The hospitality and the Grindhouse fun were much appreciated :)
Looking forward to meeting you guys at the Parkside for Burlesque! :)
Hi. I just wanted to say for a second, I read your profile wrong and thought it said that you like to dance ARGENTO tango instead of Argentine tango. I then I just cracked up, because Argento tango would be some scary damn tango. :)
Che, realment un placer tenet una compatriota en mi grupo de terror!
