Wednesday: Indoor rock climbing at Mission cliffs!

We're going climbing Wednesday! This is going to be our last event before a bit of a holiday travel break.

Mission Cliffs has a 50 foot top-rope and lead-climbing wall, as well as a large bouldering area.

The place does get crowded but if we get there around 6:30, it should be fine. I'm solid on climbing and belaying...and should be able to tell you what the staff are looking for when you take the belay test. For those that don't want to take the belay test, the bouldering area offers more-than-adequate challenge for a couple of hours of climbing.

Afterwards, we'll of course go out drinking somewhere nearby.

The rate is $18 for a day pass. I'm not sure if rentals are included, or extra. More pricing details are here. If you want to get some official training and belay certification, there is a class at 6:00 for $28, which includes the day pass and rentals.

More event details and RSVP are here.
