We limit the RSVP to a small number to give every participant the chance to express their thoughts and foster respect and good listening. You do not need any previous knowledge in CBT to attend.
Session agenda (could vary based on group preferences):
7:00 - 7:20: group meditation
7:20 - 8:30: group learning a new CBT technique or working on the daily mood log
Ideally, bring an issue that you would like to work on. Otherwise, we'll have plenty of examples for you to work with to practice the techniques.
Snacks are welcome!
