This group is for anyone who wants to improve their emotional well-being, whether you experience anxiety, depression, or simply want to learn techniques to deal with everyday pressure. The group's vision is to build a supportive community where members can have fun and learn techniques to thrive (not just get by, thrive!)
So far, we've had hikes, casual get-togethers, and most importantly, we've had a few very successful CBT group study sessions. As more members participate, we'll understand better what people like/dislike and improve accordingly.
