Join others in the Tri-Valley Area thriving on a gluten-free diet. It can be challenging to adhere to this diet long term. I love the way it makes me feel and I love the fact that my son has "recovered" from autism because of this diet (and other interventions). Join me and others as we share our special diet journey, compare notes, swap recipes and tips and learn how to thrive daily gluten-free.

This group is formerly, "Thriving Gluten and Dairy-free" but now is a branch of the Gluten Intolerance Group of America (GIG).

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
