What do you hope to gain by joining this group?

A community of people dealing with the same issues. I have started a new series of classes devoted to teaching people with food allergies how to cook all the basics. This is the culmination of all my experimentation and a lifetime of studying cooking and baking. I really want to take the mystery out of baking without wheat and dairy.

How long have you been following a GFCF diet?

5 years. I have also been developing gluten free recipes for my mom for 15 years.
