To feel like I am not alone. To feel like I am part of a health minded community!
Soy and coffee (which I have not been able to successfully remove the coffee at this time, I am a work in progress). I recently had a gluten cross reacting lab drawn to find out if there are additional foods I have to avoid and I have yet to find out the results. My doctor has however, told me that I should avoid coffee, which acts like gluten in the body. NOT what a coffee lover wants to hear! I have not accepted this yet, but I hope with support I can eventually eliminate it. I want to eliminate sugar by choice!

Gluten free since September 2011, and I became dairy free as well in January.
Hello! My name is Margesella. I have Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease process where the body attacks the thyroid and attacks are exasperated by eating gluten, dairy, and possibly even other foods.
