Thriving Through the Holidays Between Heather, Liz and I, we have the skills of life coaching, Reiki, Matrix Energetics, Hypnosis, creativity coaching, peer-counseling, spiritual guidance, being a muse, strategy coaching, leading seminars and a few other fun things! We thought that, with the holidays fast approaching, we could pool our skills and passions and put together a fun and inspiring workshop series to help people have exceptionally good holidays this year, and we’ll have a blast playing together, and with you :). Though the holidays are supposed to be a time of love and peace, of joy and celebration, for many of us it comes with unpleasantness, stress, worries, even alienation and, instead of feeling like celebrating, we feel we are barely coping. If you feel that way and you would like to bring back your joy in the season and change your experience of the holidays into a positive one, then join us in this 5-part playshop. We’ll teach you practical tools that will allow you to thrive through this holiday season, not just survive. Here’s what we’ve cooked up in the kitchen of our imagination. Sign up for one or more, or all. We ask for a $12 donation for each playshop, or you can pay $50 for the whole shebang. Pay when you get here.
