Unfortunately I got there too late to visit the Museum. I loved the panel. Not only did I get a bit of history to the sounds I grew up listening to, I also got a glimpse into the current Philly music scene. Plus I heard snippets of really great music. I usually work late Thursday evenings and I am so glad I could get there.

I really wish I could, but I have a class to attend. I would love to see a museum for the Sound of Phladelphia just as Memphis and Detroit have museums for Stax and Motown!!
