Chicago PBC

The Chicago Padmasambhava Buddhist Center practices Tibetan Buddhism according to the wishes of Venerable Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche and Venerable Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche. We practice at the Bultasa Temple in Chicago's Mayfair neighborhood (located just two blocks from the Montrose CTA Blue Line station) every Wednesday. We also host webcasts of Ven. Khenpo Rinpoches giving teachings from various PBC Centers, and meet at various locations throughout the city and surrounding suburbs for additional practice, discussion, potlucks, and to view Tibetan and Buddhist oriented films. Ven. Khenpo Rinpoches give frequent teachings and retreats, and we are very fortunate to host their visits to Chicago. Our members also travel to Padme Samye Ling, the New York retreat center, and to PBC centers throughout the country for further practice opportunities with the Rinpoches.
