It's Time For Change...So What Are You Waiting For?
For Women Only....These Fitness group sessions combine circuit training, High/moderate Intensity Interval training, cardio, resistance, balance, and flexibility training for a full body 45 minute workout. We will be combining the above listed trainings with other functional training pieces such as stability balls, bands, weights, balance discs, steps, battle ropes, kettle bells, TRX band, and more. All fitness levels are welcome, and all exercises can be modified.
Staying fit is hard work, and boredom is one of the main reasons why many individuals don't meet their fitness goals. Let's make fitness more fun and exciting by eliminating the monotony of workout machines and increase the variety of activities and the social aspect of fitness as a group. Serving the following locations: Longmont, Erie, Niwot, Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, and slight farther surrounding areas.
Try a fitness group session FREE of charge. Once you purchase a punch card to come on a regular basis, then we'll meet for a Free nutrition consult. Your weight loss and fitness success will greatly depend on what you're fueling your body with on a daily basis, so it's important to set you on the right path to success while you start your fitness regimen. Bring a water bottle each session so you can stay hydrated.
After your first FREE fitness group session, and BEFORE you attend another session, you'll need to purchase a 10 session punch card (I often run a Special). When you come the first time, you'll need to fill out some short paperwork and talk briefly with me about you and your health. I may require you to get medical clearance from your physician before you participate in a fitness session like this.
