This is a fitness group designed to take you from your current fitness level while continually increasing your level of fitness using the most efficient, safest, and effective methods possible. Allowing you to improve your health, gain flexibility, balance, and strength through cardio, nutrition, resistance, and reactive training.
If this is your first FREE fitness session, arrive at 12:00 noon to fill out some short paperwork and talk briefly with me about you and your health. Then we will start our group fitness session promptly at 12:15pm and end around 1:00pm. Each session will be approximately 45 minutes long.
==> After your first FREE group session and BEFORE you attend another group session, you'll be required to purchase your punch card with prices at either $8 or $10 per session, depending on which package you purchase by going to my website at http://TimeForChangePersonalTrianing.com. Then at your next group fitness session, I'll have for you your punch card ready to go.
Members receive a free nutrition consultation as well. Your weight loss and fitness success will greatly depend on what you're fueling your body with on a daily basis, so it's important to set you on the right path to success while you start your fitness regimen. Bring a water bottle and your planner to the first session so we can schedule your free nutrition consultation that day.
*As soon as the weather warms up, we will start meeting outdoors at local parks.
If you're interested in one-on-one personal training sessions with me, we can work on finding a time that is convenient for you at your home, place of work, or at a local park, the rec center, etc.
