This is an indoor/outdoor (depending on weather) Group Fitness 'Bootcamp' for all ages, fitness levels, and goals are welcome! Cardio, resistance training, flexibility, balance, body weight calisthenics, resistance bands, medicine balls, circuit training, nutrition, and intervals are included in the program. The fitness sessions are 'Full Body' so you can get a great workout in, and there will be new workouts each session.
Staying fit is hard work, and boredom is one of the main reasons why many individuals don't meet their fitness goals. Let's make fitness more fun and exciting by eliminating the monotony of workout machines and increase the variety of activities and the social aspect of fitness as a group. Come to one of our meetups at different locations in and around Longmont, Erie, Lafayette, and Tri-towns area (more will be added as we go).

Try any fitness group session FREE of charge and sit down with me for a free nutrition consult. Your weight loss and fitness success will greatly depend on what you're fueling your body with on a daily basis, so it's important to set you on the right path to success while you start your fitness regimen. Bring a water bottle and your planner to the first session so we can schedule your free nutrition consultation that day.
After your first FREE group session and before you attend another group session, you'll need to purchase your punch card with prices at either $8 or $10 per session, depending on which package you purchase. Each session will be approximately 45 minutes long. Come 15 minutes early if it's your first free session to fill out some short paperwork and talk briefly with me about you and your health.
Group fitness training is a fun, positive environment utilizing only the most effective, calorie burning exercises with personal modifications wherever necessary.
If you're interested in one-on-one personal training sessions with me, you can choose a time from my schedule that is convenient for you at your home, place of work, or at a local park, the rec center, etc.
