Because we do not issue the tickets ourselves, we can’t provide you with your exact seat assignment. If the seats are listed as being in a particular section, you are guaranteed to be seated in that section. If the seats are listed as general admission, you will select your own seats when you enter the venue.
Are these good seats?
These are seats that do regularly sell for the full price listed and are not classed by the venue as being obstructed.
Will my group be seated together?
For events with assigned seating, as long as you buy your seats in one transaction, they will be together. If you buy your tickets in multiple transactions, email us to request that you be grouped together. We'll put a note on the order and the venue will do its best to accommodate.
Can I give my tickets to a friend?
A photo ID is required to claim tickets at will-call. In many cases, we can change the name on your order if we have enough advance notice. Just email us and let us know the first and last name you want the tickets held under, and if we’re able to change the name, we’ll do it and send you an updated purchase confirmation. In some cases we will not be able to make name changes, so contact us with your purchase number to find out.
How can I arrange for handicap seating?
Just email us and tell us what special need you have and we’ll contact the venue to make arrangements. Not all venues are able to accommodate handicap patrons at every performance, but we are typically able to work it out and will do our best to make it happen.
Can I cancel my tickets and have a refund?
Our site has a no refund policy, which is agreed to during the checkout process. We cannot cancel your tickets and offer you a refund unless the event/service is canceled by the ticket supplier/service provider. Once you buy tickets on our site, we are obligated to pay the ticket supplier for those tickets, which is why we are not at liberty to refund.
