Hinton Barn Farm hosts Mindfulness retreats, 8-week courses and ad-hoc groups for practice. You are invited to join our community-of-interest to support your mental and emotional well-being where our emphasis is on personally flourishing. Whether you have completed an 8-week course or are simply interested in Mindfulness, all are very welcome. This is a lovely rural setting in which to practice. Sunday evenings are free of charge and all other courses and retreats are on a donation basis.
