What's (one of) your favourite eaterie(s) in Tokyo so far?

Hakata ramen, foie gras dumplings in lemongrass broth at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Molecular Tapas.

What's your suggestion for a place that we should try out?

A cheap, hidden, and totally delicious Japanese place.

What's your favourite cuisine?

My favorite cuisine is the edible kind. Sashimi, unagi, baozi, buttermilk biscuits, dim sum, handfuls of mint, basil and cilantro; dduk mandu guk, kamjatang, and other Korean soups and stews. Trying to hit all of the molecular places in the world.
