Hill repeats in the City!

Our beloved hill repeat workout tradition continues - we anticipate having an eclectic foreign/Japanese group every Saturday for roughly 8 x 60-seconds of high intensity training  -- as usual we will start at 10am at Aoyama-Itchome Station intersection.  As usual we will be done before 11am and plan to recover then at Starbucks.

Again, as we run up the hill for one minute, everybody is going at one's own pace, so don't hesitate, even if you do not have a lot of experience in interval training.
